Choux Patisserie will be popping up this weekend, serving their famous Eclairs!
Award winning French Chef Nicolas Poelaert makes extraordinary Eclairs unlike any in Australia. Using more natural flavour bases such as fruits, berries and nuts, plus different filling textures, his eclairs are decadent whilst deliciously light and balanced in taste.
